SeniorVillageHub was created for homeowners who value quality, discretion, and peace of mind. It was also created to address the ever increasing affordability crisis. We endeavoured to construct a win:win situation, in more than just the financial aspect.
In Switzerland — especially in Zurich — many beautiful homes have spare rooms. At the same time, many mature professionals and retirees are seeking calm, respectful shared living. Yet traditional rental platforms were never designed for this stage of life. They're generally seen as too impersonal, too unpredictable, and too risky.
We believed there should be a better option.
